We are guided by our 12 Steps

1. I acknowledge white supremacy is my problem & I accept that I can do better. 

2. I honor the work of BIPOC & do not ask for more of their time & labor to continue my process.

3. I actively listen to others & welcome feedback.

4. I cultivate awareness through self-reflection.

5. I interrupt racist behaviors in healthy ways.

6. I admit, correct & learn from my mistakes.

7. I ask forgiveness of those I have harmed & accept the consequences of my actions.

8. I trust the process of intergenerational healing.

9. I engage in constructive dialogue, based on facts & personal experience.

10. I value personal boundaries & honesty in my relationships.

11. I maintain a personal wellness practice to create harmony & balance in my life.

12. I communicate these principles consciously in all thoughts, words & actions.

& Traditions

1. Our purpose is to end white supremacy because we understand our liberation is dependent on the liberation of all people.

2. Our only requirement for membership is a desire to end white supremacy based on a sense of responsibility. 

3. Membership is based on behavior, not identity.

4. Our anonymity is the foundation of all our Traditions, reminding us to place principles before personalities.

5. We remain anonymous in all public representation & media engagement.

6. Our common welfare comes first because personal progress depends on our collective strength. 

7. Our funds are redistributed through an independent Reparations Circle because white supremacy is racialized capitalism. 

8. Our meetings use the Circle Process to create safe space to dismantle white supremacy.

9. We are sociocratic & organically grown, guided by our leadership council.

10. We open source our popular education curriculum because knowledge is power.

11. We train facilitators because we help ourselves by helping each other.

12. We support activism & community development that render white supremacy obsolete.
